2. When you hear the voice mail message press *
3. When prompted, enter the ID which is your seven-digit phone number (or four digit extension) without area code then press #
4. When prompted enter the PIN (the default PIN is 053421) then press #.

You are now connected to your voicemail and can manage it the same way as if you were at your desk.
