How to reset my password?

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 Login
  2. Enter your @yukonu.ca email address then click the “Next” button

  3. Click “Forgot my password” link

4. Enter your @yukonu.ca email address and the characters in the picture or the words in the audio

5. Click “I forgot my password” option then click the “Next” button

6. Click “Email my alternate email” and then click the “Email” button

7. Check your email account and find the password reset email and then enter the verification code and click the “Next” button.
Please note: It can take up to 5 minutes for you to receive a recovery email to your personal email address and 5 minutes for the password reset to take effect.

8. Create a new password and then re-enter it again to confirm and click the “Finish” button

9.You should now see a page that looks like this with a message saying, “Your password has been reset“

10. You will also receive a “Your Yukon University password has been reset” message afterwards

  • Username?
  • Web address you are accessing?
