Click on Recover Password  link. 

1. Enter your YukonU e-mail address with @yukonu.ca
2. Click 'Recover with Mail'
3. Click 'Submit'

Please note: It can take up to 5 minutes for the password reset to take effect, and for you to receive a recovery email to your personal email address.

I still cannot log in

If all else fails, we will gladly assist you. Open a new ticket with as much detail as possible on the issue you are facing.

• Have you requested a new password with the instructions above?
