Connecting to Yukon-University Wireless Network with Android

These are instructions for setting up your Android device to connect to the Yukon-University wireless network. These instructions and screenshots may differ from previous, future and manufacturer-specific versions (HTC Sense, Samsung Touchwiz, etc.) of Android.
These instructions are provided as-is; IT Services is not able to support troubleshooting of personal devices.
On your Android phone or tablet:
- Open Settings
- Open the Connections settings (this may be named Wireless and Networks or something similar).
- Select Yukon-University from the list of wireless networks.
- Enter your usual YukonU credentials in the Identity and Password fields. On the CA certificate option select "system certificate" and then enter the domain "yukonu.ca"
- Tap the Connect button and your device will now be configured to automatically connect to the Yukon-University wireless network while at YukonU.
Important: For older Android devices, you may need to set the Phase 2 Authentication to MSCHAPV2
